1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE

This Intellectual Property Notice ("Notice") governs the intellectual property rights, usage, and protections applicable to the Visionary Hub platform, operated by Visionary Studio s.r.o., a limited liability company registered in the Czech Republic (IČO: 21641862, DIČ: CZ21641862, registered at the Městský soud v Praze under file number C 404416, with registered address at V Zahrádkách 742, 273 06 Libušín, Czech Republic, registered capital CZK 1,000 fully paid, Data Box (datová schránka): sbskxn7) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Visionary Hub is a catalog and aggregation platform that displays information about third-party artificial intelligence tools and platforms. Visionary Hub provides users with access to curated information, reviews, ratings, educational materials about AI technologies developed and operated by third parties, and proprietary micro-applications and utilities ("Proprietary Tools") developed by the Company. Visionary Hub does not own, develop, operate, or endorse the third-party tools and services featured in its catalog.

This Notice applies to all users accessing Visionary Hub ("Users," "you," or "your"), whether through the website, mobile applications, or any other interface operated by Visionary Studio s.r.o.

By accessing, registering on, or using Visionary Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Intellectual Property Notice. If you do not agree with any provision of this Notice, you must cease using the platform immediately.

This Notice is supplementary to the Terms of Service (v4.0), Privacy Policy (v2.0), Cookies & GDPR Consent Notice (v2.0), Acceptable Use Policy (v2.0), and other related documents, which together constitute the complete agreement between you and Visionary Studio s.r.o. regarding use of the platform.

2. VISIONARY HUB'S OWN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1 Exclusive Ownership of Platform IP

Visionary Studio s.r.o. retains exclusive ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Visionary Hub platform itself, including but not limited to:

• The Visionary Hub brand name, wordmark, and logotypes
• All design elements, layout, visual appearance, and "look and feel" of the Visionary Hub platform
• The platform's underlying source code, software, and technical architecture
• All Proprietary Tools (micro-applications and utilities) developed by or for the Company, including their source code, algorithms, user interfaces, and outputs (see §3)
• All original written content created by Company employees or contractors, including but not limited to original articles, guides, tutorials, educational materials, and platform documentation
• All original graphics, icons, photographs, and visual works created by or for the Company
• All databases, data compilations, and selection and arrangement thereof (sui generis database rights under EU and Czech law)
• All proprietary business processes, methodologies, and algorithms unique to the Visionary Hub platform
• All derivatives and modifications of the foregoing

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all intellectual property in the Visionary Hub platform is the exclusive property of Visionary Studio s.r.o. and is protected under:

• Czech Copyright Act (zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., as amended)
• Czech Trademark Act (zákon č. 441/2003 Sb., o ochranných známkách, as amended)
• Czech Industrial Design Act (zákon č. 207/2000 Sb., o ochraně průmyslových vzorů, as amended)
• EU Copyright Directive (2001/29/EC — InfoSoc Directive)
• EU Trade Mark Regulation ((EU) 2017/1001)
• EU Trade Mark Directive ((EU) 2015/2436)
• EU Database Directive (96/9/EC)
• EU Digital Single Market Directive ((EU) 2019/790)
• International conventions including the Berne Convention and TRIPS Agreement

2.2 What Visionary Hub Does NOT Own

Critical Clarification: Visionary Hub does NOT own or claim ownership of:

• Any third-party AI tool names, trademarks, logos, or branding
• Any tool descriptions, feature lists, or documentation provided by tool developers
• Any intellectual property rights in the tools or services displayed in our catalog
• Any trademarks, service marks, or trade dress belonging to third-party companies
• Any copyrighted materials or proprietary content of tool developers

All such third-party intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the respective tool developers and rights holders.

2.3 Limited User License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Visionary Hub for its intended purposes as set forth in the Terms of Service (v4.0), solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of Visionary Hub's proprietary content or platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform or Proprietary Tools
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or trademarks
• Use the platform or its content for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer access to third parties
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform (except as permitted by applicable robots.txt)

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Visionary Studio s.r.o.

2.4 Trademark Rights in Visionary Hub

The Visionary Hub name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are the exclusive property of Visionary Studio s.r.o. These trademarks are used in connection with the platform and are protected under Czech, EU, and international trademark law. You may not use these trademarks in any manner without our prior written consent, except as necessary to accurately identify the platform when referring to it in informational contexts.

3. PROPRIETARY TOOLS

3.1 Ownership and Protection

Proprietary Tools are micro-applications and utilities developed and owned exclusively by Visionary Studio s.r.o. The Company retains all intellectual property rights in Proprietary Tools, including but not limited to:

• Source code, object code, and all underlying algorithms
• User interface designs and visual elements
• Documentation and instructional materials
• Output formats and data structures
• All derivatives and modifications thereof

3.2 Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Proprietary Tool
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works based on any Proprietary Tool
• Scrape, extract, or harvest data, outputs, or functionality from Proprietary Tools
• Use Proprietary Tools to build competing products or services
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding from Proprietary Tools
• Circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or technical protection measures

3.3 Data Processing

• Proprietary Tools process user inputs on a session-only basis; data is not retained after the session ends unless explicitly stated
• User inputs to Proprietary Tools are not used for AI model training
• Any data processing through Proprietary Tools is governed by our Privacy Policy (v2.0)

3.4 No Transfer of Rights

Use of Proprietary Tools does not grant you any ownership interest, license (except the limited use license in §2.3), or other right in the underlying intellectual property. All rights remain with Visionary Studio s.r.o.

4. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TOOL CATALOG DISCLAIMER

4.1 Catalog Function — Not Ownership

Visionary Hub operates as a catalog and aggregator that displays information about third-party artificial intelligence tools, platforms, and services. The Company does not own, develop, operate, maintain, or have any legal authority over the third-party tools, services, or intellectual property featured on Visionary Hub.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: All information about AI tools displayed on Visionary Hub is provided for informational, comparative, and educational purposes only. The inclusion of any tool in our catalog does not indicate ownership, endorsement, partnership, or any legal relationship between Visionary Studio s.r.o. and the tool developer.

4.2 Third-Party IP Ownership

All third-party tools, services, platforms, and related intellectual property displayed on Visionary Hub are the exclusive property of their respective owners, developers, and creators. This includes, without limitation:

• Tool Names and Branding: All names, titles, and branding associated with third-party tools are the exclusive property of the respective tool developers
• Tool Logos and Trade Dress: All logos, visual designs, brand elements, and trade dress associated with third-party tools belong exclusively to their respective owners
• Tool Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and registered marks associated with third-party tools are the property of their respective owners and may be registered with intellectual property offices worldwide
• Tool Documentation and Content: All descriptions, documentation, feature specifications, pricing information, and other content provided by tool developers remains their exclusive property
• Tool Functionality and Code: All underlying technology, source code, algorithms, and functional aspects of third-party tools are the exclusive property of their respective developers

4.3 Standard Catalog Disclaimer

For Each Tool in the Catalog:

Visionary Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the operator of [Tool Name]. All trademarks, logos, names, and content related to [Tool Name] are the property of [Tool Developer]. Visionary Hub displays this information for informational purposes only under fair use principles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by [Tool Developer] to feature their tool on our platform.

This standard disclaimer applies to every tool displayed in the Visionary Hub catalog.

4.4 No Affiliation or Endorsement

The inclusion of information about any third-party AI tool on Visionary Hub does NOT constitute:

• An endorsement, recommendation, approval, or partnership by Visionary Studio s.r.o.
• An assertion that such tools comply with applicable laws, regulations, or data protection standards
• An agreement, partnership, or joint venture between Visionary Studio s.r.o. and the tool developer
• Authorization or consent from the tool developer for Visionary Hub to feature their tool

4.5 Fair Use Display of Third-Party Content

Visionary Hub respects the intellectual property rights of third-party developers and displays information about such tools in accordance with fair use principles and applicable copyright law under the Czech Copyright Act (zákon č. 121/2000 Sb.) and the EU InfoSoc Directive (2001/29/EC). All information presented about third-party tools is:

• Presented for informational, comparative, and educational purposes
• Accompanied by clear attribution and hyperlinks to original sources
• Limited in scope to facilitate user research and informed decision-making
• Not reproduced in a manner that creates unnecessary commercial harm to original rights holders

4.6 Responsibility and Disclaimer for Third-Party Tools

Users access information about third-party tools at their own risk. Visionary Studio s.r.o. shall not be liable for:

• The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of information about third-party tools
• Changes to third-party tools, features, pricing, or availability
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of third-party tools or reliance on Visionary Hub's information about such tools
• Technical issues, data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions related to third-party tools
• Any violations of intellectual property rights by third-party tool developers
• Accuracy of attribution or authorship information in tool listings
• The appropriateness, legality, or compliance status of third-party tools

Users are encouraged to review the terms of service, privacy policies, intellectual property notices, and other official materials of any third-party tool before use.

4.7 Attribution and Hyperlinks

Where Visionary Hub reproduces, summarizes, or displays information originally published by third-party tool developers, the Company provides clear attribution through:

• Hyperlinks to official tool websites or documentation
• Direct source citations
• Explicit attribution statements identifying the original source
• Clear indication of third-party authorship

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT LICENSE

5.1 Your Ownership and Our Limited License

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in original content you create and submit to Visionary Hub, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, comments, feedback, suggestions, and any other materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content to Visionary Hub, you grant Visionary Studio s.r.o. a limited, revocable license to use such content solely for display on the Visionary Hub platform.

5.2 Scope of License — Platform Display Only

Grant of Rights:

You grant the Company:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely on the Visionary Hub platform and directly affiliated properties
• The right to modify your User Content only for technical and display purposes, including but not limited to: resizing images, adjusting formatting for display compatibility, converting file formats, compressing media, and optimizing for different devices and screen sizes
• The right to create aggregated, anonymized statistics and analytics from User Content in compliance with applicable data protection laws

Limitations — No Broad License:

The Company may NOT:

• Substantively edit, alter, or change the meaning, content, or context of your User Content
• Use your User Content for any purpose beyond displaying it on the Visionary Hub platform
• Combine your User Content with other materials to create derivative works
• Translate, adapt, or create substantially modified versions of your User Content
• Use your User Content in marketing, advertising, promotional materials, or any external communications without explicit separate consent
• Use your User Content for AI training purposes beyond operating the Visionary Hub platform itself
• License, sublicense, sell, or transfer your User Content to third parties
• Republish your User Content on other platforms, websites, or services

5.3 Duration of License — NOT Perpetual

Critical Provision: The license granted by you to Visionary Studio s.r.o. is NOT perpetual and is strictly limited in duration.

The license terminates automatically upon the earlier of:

• 90 (ninety) calendar days following the deletion or deactivation of your account, or
• Your express written notice to the Company requesting removal of your User Content, at which time the Company shall cease displaying such content within 30 days

Upon termination of this license, the Company shall immediately remove your User Content from public display on the Visionary Hub platform, except:

• Archive or backup copies maintained in the Company's standard backup systems (which shall be deleted according to the Company's regular data retention schedule, not to exceed 12 months from termination)
• Anonymized, aggregated data derived from your User Content (which contains no personally identifiable information)
• Content required to be retained under applicable law or for legitimate legal defense purposes

5.4 No Moral Rights Waiver

Important Legal Notice: Under Czech law (specifically § 11 of the Czech Copyright Act, zákon č. 121/2000 Sb.), authors retain inalienable moral rights in their works, which cannot be waived or transferred. These include:

• The right to be acknowledged as the author of your User Content
• The right to protect the integrity of your User Content against derogatory treatment

By submitting User Content, you do not waive these moral rights, and any purported waiver of these rights is void and unenforceable under Czech and EU copyright law. The Company shall respect your moral rights and shall not:

• Attribute your User Content to another person or entity without your consent
• Remove your attribution or author credits
• Subject your User Content to derogatory modification that substantially alters its original meaning or presentation

5.5 Indemnification for User Content

You warrant and represent that:

• You own or control all necessary intellectual property rights in your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• Your User Content does not contain defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Visionary Studio s.r.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or relating to your User Content or breach of these representations and warranties.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE

6.1 Identification of AI-Generated Content

Visionary Hub utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to generate, summarize, and process certain content, including but not limited to:

• Automated article summaries and abstracts
• AI-generated educational materials and guides
• Algorithmically processed and compiled information
• Content synthesized from multiple sources

Any content substantially generated or processed using artificial intelligence technologies shall be clearly identified with appropriate labels, including "AI-Generated," "AI-Assisted," or similar language to ensure transparency to Users, in compliance with the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

6.2 Ownership and Rights

AI-generated content created using models, tools, and technologies operated or licensed by Visionary Studio s.r.o. shall be owned by and constitute intellectual property of the Company, subject to applicable law and the terms of all third-party AI service agreements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company asserts ownership rights in AI-generated content created using Company-operated systems, including:

• Compilations of AI-generated materials
• Derivatives and modifications thereof

6.3 Transparency and Data Attribution

The Company shall disclose, where feasible:

• That content was generated using artificial intelligence
• The general nature of AI technologies used (e.g., "large language model," "statistical analysis")
• Where applicable, any third-party data sources used in training or generation, consistent with privacy obligations and licensing agreements

6.4 Limitations and Disclaimers

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may:

• Contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Lack human editorial review or verification
• Reflect biases present in training data or underlying models
• Require independent verification before reliance in critical applications

Visionary Studio s.r.o. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content and shall not be liable for reliance thereupon.

7. COPYRIGHT AND IP INFRINGEMENT REPORTING

7.1 EU and Czech Procedure (Primary)

Users located in the European Union or Czech Republic should report copyright infringement or intellectual property violations in accordance with:

Czech Copyright Act (zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., as amended):

• Reports should be submitted in English or Czech language
• Include details of the allegedly infringing material and its location on Visionary Hub
• Provide your name, address, and contact information
• Include description of the intellectual property allegedly infringed
• Submit evidence of ownership or authorization to enforce rights

EU InfoSoc Directive (2001/29/EC) and Digital Single Market Directive ((EU) 2019/790):

• Member State users may rely on statutory protections for copyright in digital environments
• Visionary Hub shall comply with removal or disabling access notices in compliance with national implementations of these Directives

Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065):

• Notices regarding illegal content may also be submitted through the notice-and-action mechanism described in our Acceptable Use Policy (v2.0, §8.2)

7.2 DMCA-Style Notice Procedure (For US Users)

To report alleged copyright infringement on Visionary Hub, users in the United States may submit a notice in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Though Visionary Hub is not required to comply with the DMCA as a non-US operator, we will process such notices in good faith.

Such notices should include:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property allegedly infringed
• The specific location(s) on Visionary Hub of the allegedly infringing material
• Your statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the use is infringing
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

7.3 Notice Submission

Copyright and intellectual property infringement notices and counterclaims shall be submitted to:

7.4 Company Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a properly formatted infringement notice, Visionary Studio s.r.o. shall:

• Acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
• Investigate the alleged infringement within 10 business days
• Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material if it appears to violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Notify the User who submitted the material of the notice and removal (where appropriate)
• Implement a counter-notice procedure for Users to contest removal

7.5 Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly submit User Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, or who repeatedly ignore infringement notices, may have their accounts terminated or suspended in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (v2.0).

7.6 False Notices

Any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability, including damages up to EUR 5,000 plus legal costs under applicable Czech and EU law.

8. TAKEDOWN REQUESTS AND IP DISPUTES

8.1 Third-Party Takedown Requests

Tool developers, trademark owners, and other intellectual property rights holders who believe their intellectual property is being displayed or used improperly on Visionary Hub may submit a takedown request.

8.2 Third-Party Tool Removal Procedure

If you are a developer or authorized representative of a third-party AI tool and believe Visionary Hub is:

• Displaying your tool's information without authorization
• Infringing your trademarks, logos, or brand assets
• Misrepresenting your tool or company
• Otherwise violating your intellectual property rights

You may submit a formal takedown request including:

• Your name, title, and organization
• A description of the intellectual property or tool involved
• The specific page(s) or content on Visionary Hub that you wish to be removed or modified
• A statement explaining the legal basis for your request (trademark infringement, copyright violation, misrepresentation, etc.)
• Evidence of your authority to enforce such rights
• Your contact information and signature
• Preferred resolution (removal, modification, correction of attribution, etc.)

Response Timeline: Visionary Hub shall respond to properly submitted tool removal requests within 10 business days. We will either:

• Remove the tool from the catalog
• Modify the listing to address your concerns
• Provide a detailed explanation if we believe the content is authorized or constitutes fair use

8.3 User IP Complaint Procedure

Users who believe their intellectual property or personal rights have been infringed through User Content or other material on Visionary Hub may submit a complaint including:

• Your name, address, and email address
• A clear description of the intellectual property or right allegedly infringed
• The specific location(s) on Visionary Hub of the allegedly infringing material
• Explanation of why you believe your rights have been violated
• Evidence of ownership or authorization to enforce the right
• Requested resolution

8.4 Dispute Investigation and Resolution

Upon receipt of a properly submitted IP dispute, Visionary Hub shall:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
2. Investigate the claim thoroughly within 10 business days
3. Evaluate the claim against fair use principles and applicable law
4. Take Action:
   • Remove content if it clearly violates third-party IP rights
   • Modify content to correct misattribution or misrepresentation
   • Maintain content if we determine it is authorized, constitutes fair use, or does not violate rights
5. Notify the complainant of the outcome and reasoning
6. Document the dispute and our response

8.5 Appeal and Counter-Notice Process

For Tool Developers: If Visionary Hub declines to remove a tool listing, you may submit a detailed counter-notice explaining why you believe removal is legally required. We will reconsider our decision.

For Users: If we remove your User Content in response to an IP complaint, you may submit a counter-notice stating that you believe removal was improper and why the content should be restored.

All counter-notices should be submitted to [email protected] with subject line "Counter-Notice" and shall include detailed legal or factual justification.

9. TRADEMARK GUIDELINES

9.1 Visionary Hub Trademark

The Visionary Hub name, logo, and associated trade dress are trademarks and intellectual property of Visionary Studio s.r.o. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use of these trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and dilution under applicable law.

9.2 Permitted Use of Visionary Hub Trademark

You may use the "Visionary Hub" name only to:

• Accurately refer to the platform when discussing its features or services
• Identify content as originating from Visionary Hub when providing citations or attributions
• Link to Visionary Hub with appropriate anchor text

9.3 Prohibited Uses of Visionary Hub Trademark

You shall NOT:

• Use the Visionary Hub trademark in domain names, social media handles, or product names
• Use the trademark in a manner suggesting endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without explicit written consent
• Modify, distort, or alter the Visionary Hub logo or trademark
• Use the trademark in advertising or promotional materials without prior written approval
• Register or attempt to register the Visionary Hub trademark or confusingly similar marks
• Use the trademark in any manner that violates applicable trademark law
• Combine the Visionary Hub trademark with other marks or brands without explicit authorization

9.4 Trademark Registration

Visionary Hub trademarks are protected under:

• Czech Trademark Act (zákon č. 441/2003 Sb., o ochranných známkách, as amended)
• EU Trade Mark Regulation ((EU) 2017/1001)
• EU Trade Mark Directive ((EU) 2015/2436)
• WIPO Madrid Protocol and international trademark registrations

Any unauthorized use shall be considered infringement and may result in legal action.

9.5 Third-Party Tool Trademark Protection

Visionary Hub respects the trademark and intellectual property rights of all third-party tool developers. Tool names, logos, and trademarks displayed in our catalog belong exclusively to their respective owners. Any questions regarding proper use of third-party tool trademarks should be directed to the tool's developer or trademark holder.

10. LICENSE TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

10.1 Automatic License Termination

All licenses granted to you under this Notice and the Terms of Service (v4.0) automatically terminate upon:

• Deletion of your account
• Deactivation of your account at your request
• Termination of your account by Visionary Studio s.r.o. for violation of the Terms of Service or applicable law
• Expiration of any subscription or service period

10.2 Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination:

• You shall immediately cease all use of Visionary Hub and Visionary Hub's intellectual property
• All rights and licenses granted under this Notice shall revert exclusively to Visionary Studio s.r.o.
• You shall not retain any copies of proprietary materials or content from Visionary Hub beyond what is permitted by applicable law

10.3 User Content Removal Timeline

User Content shall be removed from public display within 30 days of account deletion or termination. Backup and archival copies shall be deleted according to the Company's standard data retention schedule, not to exceed 12 months.

10.4 Survival

The following provisions survive any termination or deletion:

• Your indemnification obligations regarding User Content
• Limitation of liability and disclaimer provisions
• Confidentiality and trade secret protections
• Dispute resolution procedures

11. FAIR USE AND CITATION GUIDELINES

11.1 Fair Use Principles

Visionary Studio s.r.o. respects fair use principles under applicable copyright law, including:

• Czech Copyright Act § 30 (exemption for fair use, quotations, and criticism)
• EU InfoSoc Directive Article 5 (limited exceptions to copyright protection)

• Provide clear attribution to the original source (Visionary Hub and/or the original author)
• Use quotation marks or block quote formatting for direct quotes
• Include a hyperlink to the original source material where possible
• Identify content as "AI-Generated" or "AI-Assisted" where applicable
• Include the publication or access date

11.3 Permitted Quotation

Short excerpts (generally not exceeding 10% of the original work or 500 words, whichever is less) from Visionary Hub content may be quoted in news articles, academic papers, reviews, and educational materials with proper attribution.

11.4 Content Linking and Framing

You are permitted to:

• Link to Visionary Hub pages and articles with appropriate attribution
• Display the page title and brief description in link previews
• Frame Visionary Hub content only where doing so is transparent and clearly identifies the origin

You are NOT permitted to:

• Use in-line framing to present Visionary Hub content as your own
• Strip attribution or obscure the origin of Visionary Hub content
• Create the false impression that Visionary Hub content is your original work

11.5 Commercial Reuse

Reproduction of Visionary Hub content in commercial publications, products, or services requires explicit written permission from Visionary Studio s.r.o. This includes:

• Inclusion in for-profit educational programs or courses
• Publication in commercial newsletters or magazines
• Incorporation into commercial software or applications
• Use in paid consulting or advisory services

Responses to permission requests shall be provided within 10 business days of receipt.

Third-party AI tool developers or representatives who have questions about how their tool is featured on Visionary Hub, or who wish to request modifications to their listing, should contact:

13. GOVERNING LAW AND AMENDMENTS

13.1 Governing Law

This Intellectual Property Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The intellectual property protections outlined herein are specifically based upon:

• Czech Copyright Act (zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., as amended)
• Czech Trademark Act (zákon č. 441/2003 Sb., o ochranných známkách, as amended)
• Czech Industrial Design Act (zákon č. 207/2000 Sb., o ochraně průmyslových vzorů, as amended)
• EU Copyright Directive (2001/29/EC — InfoSoc Directive)
• EU Digital Single Market Directive ((EU) 2019/790)
• EU Trade Mark Regulation ((EU) 2017/1001)
• EU Trade Mark Directive ((EU) 2015/2436)
• EU Database Directive (96/9/EC)

13.2 Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Intellectual Property Notice or intellectual property matters related to Visionary Hub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic, specifically the Městský soud v Praze (Municipal Court in Prague) and higher appellate courts, applying Czech law.

13.3 Amendments and Updates

Visionary Studio s.r.o. reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement this Intellectual Property Notice at any time. Material changes will be:

• Posted to Visionary Hub with conspicuous notice
• Notified via email to registered users where practicable
• Effective 30 days after notification, except for changes required by law

Continued use of Visionary Hub following publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Your right to terminate your account and delete your User Content provides an exit mechanism if you do not accept amended terms.

13.4 Severability

If any provision of this Intellectual Property Notice is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if no such modification is possible, shall be severed from this Notice. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

For clarity, if any court determines that a provision purporting to waive moral rights is void (as it must be under Czech law § 11 of the Copyright Act, zákon č. 121/2000 Sb.), such determination shall not invalidate the remainder of this Notice.

13.5 Entire Agreement

This Intellectual Property Notice, together with the Terms of Service (v4.0), Privacy Policy (v2.0), Cookies & GDPR Consent Notice (v2.0), Acceptable Use Policy (v2.0), and other related documents, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Visionary Studio s.r.o. regarding intellectual property matters and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

14. LANGUAGE

This Intellectual Property Notice is drafted in English. A Czech translation may be provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Czech translation, the English version shall prevail and be considered authoritative.

15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

By accessing or using Visionary Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Intellectual Property Notice. You further acknowledge that:

• You understand that Visionary Hub is a catalog displaying third-party AI tools and services
• You understand that Visionary Hub does not own or operate the third-party tools in its catalog
• You understand the intellectual property rights of Visionary Studio s.r.o. in the Visionary Hub platform and Proprietary Tools
• You understand that third-party tool names, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property belong exclusively to their respective owners
• You understand the limited scope of your rights to User Content and the automatic termination of such rights upon account deletion or 90 days thereafter, whichever is earlier
• You understand that moral rights cannot be waived under Czech law
• You understand the Company's policies regarding third-party content, AI-generated content, and fair use
• You understand the procedure for reporting intellectual property infringement
• You understand that violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action

Any User who disagrees with any provision of this Notice should discontinue use of Visionary Hub immediately.
