1. INTRODUCTION
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the terms and conditions that govern the use of Visionary Hub (the "Platform"), an AI tools aggregator and education platform operated by Visionary Studio s.r.o., a limited liability company registered in the Czech Republic (IČO: 21641862, DIČ: CZ21641862, registered at the Městský soud v Praze under file number C 404416, with registered address at V Zahrádkách 742, 273 06 Libušín, Czech Republic, registered capital CZK 1,000 fully paid, Data Box (datová schránka): sbskxn7) (collectively, "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
The Platform provides users with the ability to browse artificial intelligence tools, read and write reviews, access educational content, participate in community discussions, rate AI applications, access premium subscription features, and use proprietary micro-applications and utilities ("Proprietary Tools"). The Platform also features AI-generated articles, summaries, and other automated content designed to enhance user experience.
By accessing, registering for, or using Visionary Hub in any manner, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with this Policy. Your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service (v4.0) and Privacy Policy (v2.0), which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and the Company.
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
2.1 Policy Objectives
This Policy is designed to:
- Maintain a safe, secure, and trustworthy environment for all Platform users
- Protect the integrity of user-generated content, particularly reviews and ratings
- Prevent illegal activity and harmful conduct
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the European Union and the Czech Republic, including the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065)
- Protect intellectual property rights
- Maintain the Platform's security infrastructure
- Promote authentic community engagement and educational value
- Prevent fraudulent activities and manipulation of content or algorithms
2.2 Applicability
This Policy applies to all users of Visionary Hub, including but not limited to:
- Free account holders
- Premium subscription holders
- Trial users
- Anonymous users (where applicable)
- Users accessing the Platform via any device, application, or interface
- Users engaged in any activity on the Platform, including browsing, posting content, submitting reviews, making ratings, participating in discussions, uploading materials, and using Proprietary Tools
3. AGE REQUIREMENT
Consistent with our Terms of Service (v4.0, §2.2), the Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and remove their content.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND CONTENT
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:
4.1 Illegal Activities and Content
Users shall not:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances in the Czech Republic, European Union, or any jurisdiction where the user is located
- Post, transmit, or facilitate the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any child exploitation content
- Facilitate human trafficking, forced labor, or modern slavery
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
- Violate data protection laws, including the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
- Facilitate the distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, or other controlled substances
- Conduct unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Violate export control laws or sanctions regulations
- Engage in extortion, blackmail, or coercion
- Facilitate terrorism or violent extremism
4.2 Harassment, Hate Speech, and Discrimination
Users shall not:
- Engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats against any individual or group
- Post content that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence against any person or group
- Use slurs, dehumanizing language, or degrading comments directed at individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including but not limited to: race, ethnicity, national origin, color, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other legally protected status
- Create content that promotes discrimination or hatred against any protected group
- Engage in coordinated campaigns of abuse or harassment ("pile-on" attacks)
- Impersonate individuals or groups for the purpose of harassment or deception
- Distribute private personal information ("doxxing") with intent to facilitate harassment
4.3 Spam and Unauthorized Advertising
Users shall not:
- Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
- Post repetitive, irrelevant, or commercially exploitative content
- Engage in affiliate marketing without clear disclosure
- Promote services, products, or websites not directly related to AI tools without authorization
- Use the Platform to build mailing lists or harvest contact information without consent
- Engage in keyword stuffing or search engine optimization manipulation
- Post the same content repeatedly across multiple sections or in rapid succession
- Advertise gambling, cryptocurrency schemes, or other high-risk financial products without appropriate disclosures
- Promote multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes or pyramid schemes
- Solicit money, cryptocurrency, or valuable consideration from other users under false pretenses
4.4 Malware, Hacking, and Security Threats
Users shall not:
- Distribute, promote, or facilitate access to malware, viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, user accounts, or Company systems
- Conduct phishing attacks, social engineering attacks, or man-in-the-middle attacks
- Use SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), or other code injection techniques
- Attempt to bypass authentication mechanisms or circumvent security controls
- Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or services
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Exploit security vulnerabilities without proper disclosure through responsible vulnerability reporting channels
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the Platform's software or Proprietary Tools
- Engage in any activity designed to test security defenses without explicit written authorization from the Company
4.5 Unauthorized Web Scraping and Data Extraction
Users shall not:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written authorization from the Company
- Use bots, spiders, or other automated mechanisms to collect user information, reviews, ratings, or content
- Republish Platform content on third-party websites without permission
- Use the Platform to build competing databases or services through automated extraction
- Circumvent technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized data access
- Access the Platform through means that violate our Terms of Service or technical protections
- Engage in bulk downloading or data harvesting of any Platform content
- Scrape, copy, or extract data, outputs, or functionality from Proprietary Tools
4.6 Impersonation and Misrepresentation
Users shall not:
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity, including developers, representatives of AI tool creators, Company employees, or moderators
- Use misleading profile information, avatars, or usernames designed to deceive other users
- Falsely claim affiliation with any organization, product creator, or the Company
- Misrepresent credentials, expertise, or professional qualifications
- Create fake accounts or multiple accounts to deceive or circumvent enforcement actions
- Pretend to represent an AI tool creator or development team
- Use another person's identity or account without authorization
4.7 False Reviews and Rating Manipulation
Users shall not:
- Post reviews that are knowingly false or deliberately misleading
- Submit reviews without having genuine experience using the AI tool being reviewed
- Post reviews on behalf of others or for financial compensation without disclosure
- Engage in review bombing (posting multiple negative reviews without legitimate basis)
- Artificially inflate or deflate ratings for competitive advantage
- Use multiple accounts to submit coordinated fake reviews
- Post paid reviews without clear disclosure of compensation
- Submit reviews designed to harm a competitor's reputation rather than genuinely evaluating a tool
- Rate products or services without having actually used them
- Remove or modify reviews after submission to distort rating systems
4.8 Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement
Users shall not:
- Upload, post, or distribute copyrighted material without authorization or proper licensing
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or moral rights
- Use copyrighted images, text, code, or other material in violation of applicable copyright law
- Plagiarize content or pass off others' work as their own
- Violate any licensing terms or Creative Commons restrictions
- Infringe upon the right of publicity or privacy of any individual
- Post content that violates any open-source license requirements
- Use the Platform to distribute pirated software or cracked applications

4.9 Circumventing Security, Enforcement, and Account Restrictions
Users shall not:
- Use VPNs, proxy services, or other methods to evade account suspensions or bans (where such circumvention is prohibited by law or our terms)
- Create new accounts to circumvent enforcement actions
- Use technical means to bypass security features or restrictions
- Attempt to restore suspended or terminated accounts through unauthorized means
- Deliberately interfere with the Platform's trust and safety mechanisms
- Provide false information to avoid enforcement actions
- Attempt to obstruct investigations into violations of this Policy
4.10 Commercial Misuse and Unauthorized Use
Users shall not:
- Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization from the Company
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any Platform content or services
- Use the Platform as a substitute for a commercial market research service without appropriate licensing
- Build commercial products or services using Platform data without authorization
- Use premium content features outside the scope of the license granted
- Engage in business activities that compete with the Company's offerings without authorization
- Use the Platform to develop competing AI tools aggregation services
- Monetize Platform content without permission
5. CONTENT STANDARDS FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT
5.1 Review Integrity Requirements
All reviews submitted to the Platform must comply with the following standards:
5.1.1 Authenticity and Experience
- Reviews must be based on genuine, first-hand experience with the AI tool being reviewed
- Users must have actually used the tool or service being reviewed prior to submitting a review
- Reviews must reflect the reviewer's honest assessment, not paid opinions or promotional content
- Users must disclose any financial interest, affiliation, or incentive related to the reviewed product
5.1.2 Honesty and Accuracy
- Reviews must not contain knowingly false or misleading statements
- Claims must be factually accurate and capable of being substantiated
- Reviews should not misrepresent features or capabilities of the AI tool
- Comparisons to other tools must be fair, accurate, and not designed to artificially harm competitors
5.1.3 Constructive Nature
- Reviews should provide helpful information to other users
- Even negative reviews should be constructive and explain specific issues rather than consisting solely of insults or attacks
- Reviews should focus on the product or service, not personal attacks on creators or developers
- Recommendations for improvement are welcomed but must be reasonable and constructive
5.2 Prohibited Review Content
Reviews shall not contain:
- Defamatory or libelous statements about the tool creator or company
- Personal attacks on developers, creators, or company representatives
- Harassment or intimidation directed at any individual or organization
- Spam, promotional content, or solicitations
- Links to malicious, dangerous, or inappropriate websites
- Hate speech, discriminatory language, or slurs
- Content designed to manipulate competition or deceive users
- False claims about the reviewer's experience or expertise
- Content promoting the reviewer's own competing products or services
- Leaked or confidential information
- Inflammatory language designed to provoke rather than inform
5.3 Rating Standards
Ratings and numerical scores must:
- Correspond to the content of written reviews (no contradictions between score and text)
- Be based on genuine user experience
- Not be submitted by bots or automated systems
- Reflect an honest assessment of the tool's quality, functionality, or value
- Not be manipulated through paid schemes, coordinated efforts, or deceptive practices
5.4 AI-Generated Content Standards
Regarding AI-generated articles, summaries, and other automated content on the Platform:
- The Company will clearly label content that has been generated or substantially assisted by AI systems, in compliance with the Digital Services Act
- All AI-generated content must be reviewed for accuracy before publication where feasible
- The Company shall maintain accuracy standards for AI-generated educational content
- Users shall not misrepresent AI-generated content as original human-created content
- Users shall not claim authorship of Company-created AI content
6. PROPRIETARY TOOLS
6.1 Acceptable Use of Proprietary Tools
Proprietary Tools are micro-applications and utilities developed and owned by Visionary Studio s.r.o., offered through the Platform. When using Proprietary Tools, users must:
- Use them only for their intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or extract the underlying code or algorithms
- Not use them to process illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content
- Not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls
- Comply with all other provisions of this Policy
6.2 Data Processing in Proprietary Tools
- Proprietary Tools process user inputs on a session-only basis; data is not retained after the session ends unless explicitly stated
- User inputs to Proprietary Tools are not used for AI model training
- Any data processing through Proprietary Tools is governed by our Privacy Policy (v2.0)
7. ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES AND DUE PROCESS
7.1 Enforcement Framework
The Company maintains the right to enforce this Policy through a progressive discipline framework while ensuring fair treatment and due process opportunities for users, in accordance with the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
7.2 Levels of Enforcement Action
The Company may impose any of the following enforcement measures, in its discretion:
7.2.1 Warning and Notice
- A formal notice informing the user of the Policy violation
- Explanation of the specific violation and reference to relevant Policy section
- Opportunity for immediate corrective action where applicable
- Typically issued for first-time or minor violations, or those involving clear mistake
7.2.2 Content Removal or Restriction
- Removal of specific user-generated content from the Platform
- Removal of reviews, ratings, comments, or posts violating the Policy
- Restriction of content visibility pending review
- Deletion of malicious links or harmful material
- Removal does not affect user's account status unless escalated through other enforcement measures
7.2.3 Cure Period
For certain violations that are capable of remediation, the Company may provide a 7-day cure period during which the user may:
- Remove or modify the offending content
- Correct false information
- Comply with disclosure requirements
- Take corrective action to cure the violation
If the user remediates the violation during the cure period, further enforcement action may be waived. The Company retains discretion regarding which violations qualify for a cure period.
7.2.4 Temporary Suspension
- Temporary restriction of account access (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, in the Company's discretion)
- Restriction of certain features or functionality
- Limitation on posting or review submission capabilities
- Preservation of account data for potential reactivation
- Typically imposed for repeated violations or serious breaches
- Duration depends on severity and violation history
7.2.5 Permanent Termination
- Permanent deactivation and closure of the user's account
- Permanent removal of all user-generated content
- Permanent ban from accessing the Platform
- Removal of associated accounts created by the same user
- Deletion of user data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy (v2.0)
- Imposed for severe violations, including but not limited to:
- Illegal activities
- Repeated violations after warnings
- Child exploitation or CSAM
- Malware distribution or security threats
- Gross harassment or hate speech
- Serious intellectual property violations
7.3 Special Cases and Considerations
7.3.1 Severity-Based Escalation
Certain violations may result in immediate enforcement without following the progressive discipline framework:
- Distribution of CSAM or child exploitation material
- Illegal activity or facilitation of crime
- Malware or active security threats
- Severe harassment, threats, or violent content
- Terrorism-related content
- The Company may immediately terminate accounts involved in such violations without warning or cure period
7.3.2 Repeated Violations
Users with multiple violations within a 12-month period face escalated enforcement, potentially including:
- Shorter cure periods or elimination of cure periods
- Extended suspension duration
- Progression to permanent termination more readily
7.3.3 Coordinated Abuse
Users engaging in coordinated violations with other accounts, fake review schemes, or organized harassment campaigns are subject to:
- Simultaneous enforcement against all participating accounts
- Extended bans covering the user's network of accounts
- Permanent termination
7.4 Appeal and Review Process
7.4.1 Right to Appeal
Users subject to enforcement action have the right to appeal the enforcement decision within 14 days of receiving notice. This right applies to all enforcement actions, including permanent termination.
7.4.2 Appeal Procedure
To appeal an enforcement action, users must:
- Contact the Company at [email protected]
- Provide their username and account identifier
- Include a detailed explanation of why they believe the enforcement decision was in error
- Reference specific Policy sections they believe do not apply to their conduct
- Provide any evidence supporting their appeal (e.g., screenshots, documentation)
7.4.3 Appeal Review Standards
The Company will review appeals based on:
- Whether the Company properly interpreted and applied this Policy
- Whether the evidence supports the alleged violation
- Whether the enforcement measure is proportionate to the violation
- Whether appropriate due process was followed
- New evidence not previously available
7.4.4 Appeal Decision
- The Company will issue a written decision within 30 days of receiving an appeal
- The Company may sustain, reduce, or reverse the enforcement action
- If enforcement is reduced or reversed, the user's account will be restored accordingly
- Appeal decisions are final within the Company's internal process; this does not affect your right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution or judicial remedies (see §8.4)
7.4.5 Appeals Process
- Frivolous or repetitive appeals may be declined with a reasoned explanation
- Account access may remain restricted during the appeal period
- The Company will not impose additional penalties solely for exercising the right to appeal
7.5 Investigation and Evidence
7.5.1 Company Right to Investigate
The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy, including:
- Reviewing user account history and activity
- Analyzing content submissions and patterns
- Examining IP addresses and device identifiers (in compliance with GDPR)
- Reviewing correspondence and communications related to the alleged violation
- Consulting with third-party experts where appropriate
- Accessing aggregated data about account behavior
7.5.2 User Cooperation
Users are expected to cooperate with Company investigations, including:
- Providing truthful responses to inquiries
- Supplying documentation or evidence upon reasonable request
- Clarifying account usage and content submission
- Failure or refusal to cooperate may be taken into account in enforcement decisions
7.5.3 Investigative Procedures
The Company will:
- Maintain confidentiality of investigation details where appropriate
- Base enforcement decisions on clear evidence or reasonable suspicion
- Document investigation findings
- Provide notice of findings to the involved party prior to enforcement action (except in urgent security situations)
7.6 Statement of Reasons
In accordance with the Digital Services Act, when the Company takes enforcement action (content removal, account restriction, or suspension), the affected user will receive a statement of reasons that includes:
- A description of the specific content or conduct at issue
- The legal or contractual basis for the action (reference to the relevant Policy section and, where applicable, the relevant law)
- An explanation of the facts and circumstances leading to the decision
- Information about the appeal process and out-of-court dispute resolution options
8. DIGITAL SERVICES ACT (DSA) COMPLIANCE
8.1 Content Moderation
In compliance with the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the Company:
- Acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to illegal content upon obtaining actual knowledge
- Maintains transparent content moderation policies as set out in this Policy
- Provides clear and specific information about content restrictions in our terms of service
- Does not engage in general monitoring obligations but responds to specific notices
8.2 Notice-and-Action Mechanism
Any individual or entity may submit a notice regarding content they consider illegal or in violation of this Policy. Notices must:
- Contain a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal or in violation
- Include a clear indication of the exact electronic location of the content (URL or other identifier)
- Include the name and email address of the submitting individual or entity
- Include a statement confirming the good faith belief that the information is accurate and complete

The Company will process notices without undue delay, taking into account the type of illegal content and the urgency of the matter.
8.3 Trusted Flaggers
The Company will give priority to notices submitted by entities designated as Trusted Flaggers under Article 22 of the DSA by the relevant Digital Services Coordinator. Trusted Flagger notices will be processed within 24 hours.
8.4 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Users who have received an enforcement decision may, in addition to the internal appeal process (§7.4), seek resolution through:
- A certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the DSA
- The competent courts of the Czech Republic
The Company will engage in good faith with any certified out-of-court dispute settlement body selected by the user.
8.5 Transparency
The Company will publish transparency information as required by the DSA, including information about:
- Content moderation activities undertaken during the reporting period
- The number of orders received from authorities of EU Member States
- The number of notices submitted through the notice-and-action mechanism
- Content moderation actions taken at the Company's own initiative
9. REPORTING MECHANISM FOR VIOLATIONS
9.1 User Reporting System
Users who believe another user or content violates this Policy are encouraged to report violations through:
9.1.1 In-Platform Reporting
- Utilize the "Report" or "Flag" button available on content items, reviews, and user profiles
- Select the specific violation category
- Provide detailed explanation of the violation
- Submit supporting evidence or screenshots
9.1.2 Direct Email Reporting
- Send detailed report to: [email protected]
- Include:
- User's own name and account information
- Identified violator's username or profile information
- Specific Policy violation(s)
- URL or location of violating content
- Screenshots or documentation
- Detailed explanation and relevant context
9.1.3 DSA Notices for Illegal Content
For notices regarding illegal content under the Digital Services Act, please use the notice-and-action mechanism described in §8.2.
9.2 Investigation Timeline
The Company commits to:
- Acknowledging receipt of reports within 2 business days
- Initiating investigation within 5 business days
- Making enforcement determination within 15 business days (except for complex cases)
- Notifying the reporting party of the outcome (where appropriate and consistent with privacy protections)
- Processing DSA-related notices without undue delay
9.3 Confidentiality and Reporter Protection
- The Company will protect reporter identities where feasible and legally permitted
- False or malicious reporting may result in enforcement action against the reporter
- The Company will not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith
10. LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION
10.1 Cooperation with Authorities
The Company cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will:
- Respond to lawful legal requests (subpoenas, court orders, warrants)
- Provide user information as required by law
- Preserve evidence of criminal or illegal conduct
- Comply with Czech Republic and European Union legal requirements
- Cooperate with data protection authorities regarding GDPR compliance
- Comply with orders from the Digital Services Coordinator and other competent authorities under the DSA
10.2 Voluntary Disclosure
The Company may voluntarily disclose user information to law enforcement when:
- Required by law or court order
- There is reasonable belief of imminent harm to individuals
- Illegal activity is suspected and disclosure is necessary to prevent or address it
- Compliance with legal obligations requires disclosure
10.3 Government Requests
All government requests for user information must:
- Be submitted in writing with appropriate legal authority
- Include specific identification of requested information
- Include valid legal basis (subpoena, warrant, court order, etc.)
- Be directed to the Company's registered address or to [email protected]
11. POLICY AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
11.1 Right to Modify
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be:
- Posted to the Platform with conspicuous notice
- Notified via email to registered users (where contact information permits)
- Effective 30 days after notification, except for changes required by law
11.2 Continued Use
Continued use of the Platform following notice of Policy modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy. If you do not agree with the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.

14. SEVERABILITY AND INTERPRETATION
14.1 Severability
If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.2 Interpretation
- This Policy is binding and applies to all users

15. LANGUAGE
This Acceptable Use Policy is drafted in English. A Czech translation may be provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Czech translation, the English version shall prevail and be considered authoritative.
16. EFFECTIVE DATE AND TRANSITION
This Acceptable Use Policy is effective as of February 1, 2026 (v1.0), as amended February 19, 2026 (v2.0).
Users with accounts prior to the effective date are bound by this Policy upon their next login or use of the Platform. The Company will provide notice of Policy changes as required by §11.
This Acceptable Use Policy is legally binding. By using Visionary Hub, you agree to comply with all provisions herein. Violation of this Policy may result in account termination and loss of access to all Platform services.
APPENDIX: QUICK REFERENCE — PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
DO NOT:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Harass, threaten, or bully other users
- Post hate speech or discriminatory content
- Spam or send unsolicited advertisements
- Distribute malware or attempt hacking
- Scrape data without authorization
- Impersonate others
- Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Infringe copyright or intellectual property
- Bypass security measures or enforcement actions
- Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Misuse Proprietary Tools
VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN:
- Warning and notice
- Content removal or restriction
- Temporary suspension (24 hours to 30 days)
- Permanent account termination
