3. What Visionary Hub Is

3.1 Catalog and Aggregator. Visionary Hub functions as a directory, maintaining an organized listing of third-party AI tools and services; an information aggregator, compiling publicly available information (descriptions, features, pricing) from various sources; a discovery platform, helping users explore and compare AI tools in one centralised location; and an informational resource, providing educational content about AI tools and their capabilities.

3.2 Information Intermediary. Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), Visionary Hub operates as an intermediary service provider. Our role is to organise and present information — not to create the underlying tools or validate their claims.

3.3 Independent Third Party. Unless explicitly stated on a tool's page, Visionary Hub has no business relationship, partnership, affiliation, or endorsement arrangement with any Tool Provider. We are an independent third party that catalogues publicly available information.

4. What Visionary Hub Is Not

4.1 Not a Tool Operator. Visionary Hub does not own, develop, build, or maintain any Listed Tools; does not host, operate, or manage the servers or infrastructure for Listed Tools; does not control user accounts or manage access to external platforms; does not provide technical support for any Listed Tools; and does not handle user data processed by third-party tools. If you need support for a specific tool, visit that tool's official website or contact the Tool Provider directly.

4.2 Not an Endorser. Inclusion of a tool in our catalog does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, quality assurance, or approval. A tool appears because it is a third-party AI tool that exists and is publicly accessible. Inclusion is for informational purposes only.

4.3 Not a Professional Advisor. Content on Visionary Hub does not constitute legal, financial, investment, technical, security, medical, or regulatory compliance advice. For important decisions, consult qualified professionals in the relevant field.

5. Proprietary Tools

5.1 Distinction from Listed Tools. In addition to cataloguing third-party tools, Visionary Hub offers its own Proprietary Tools — micro-applications and utilities developed, owned, and operated by Visionary Studio s.r.o. These are distinct from the Listed Tools in our catalog and are clearly identified as Visionary Hub products.

5.2 Proprietary Tools Operation. Unlike Listed Tools, Proprietary Tools are operated directly by the Company. All data submitted to Proprietary Tools is processed on a session-only basis, is not stored beyond the active session, and is never used for AI model training or shared with third parties. The Company accepts responsibility for Proprietary Tools in accordance with the Terms of Service §3.3.

5.3 Applicable Terms. Use of Proprietary Tools is governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy of Visionary Hub — not by third-party terms. The limitations and disclaimers in this document regarding Listed Tools (Sections 3–4, 6–8) do not apply to Proprietary Tools.

6. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Tool Information. All information presented about Listed Tools belongs to their respective creators. Tool names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Descriptions and features are sourced from public materials, official documentation, or user contributions. Screenshots, demos, service marks, and branding are protected intellectual property of Tool Providers.

6.2 Legal Basis for Use. We use third-party information in accordance with the quotation right under §31 of the Czech Copyright Act (zákon č. 121/2000 Sb.), the information exception under Article 5(3)(c) of the InfoSoc Directive (2001/29/EC), and for the purpose of reporting and review. All such use is proportionate and cites or links to the original source.

6.3 Information Sources. Our catalog information comes from official tool websites and public documentation, public announcements and published materials, user reviews and submissions from the Visionary Hub community, publicly available sources and industry resources, and AI-assisted descriptions (where disclosed pursuant to Section 10).

6.4 Accuracy Limitations. Information in our catalog may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any information. Tool pricing, features, and availability change frequently without our knowledge. We do not manually verify every claim in our catalog. Before making any decision based on our catalog, visit the tool's official website, review current documentation, verify pricing directly with the provider, and confirm that listed features are still available.

6.5 No Verification of Tool Claims. We do not verify claims made by Tool Providers, test tools for quality, safety, or functionality, audit security or compliance of Listed Tools, validate technical specifications or performance claims, or guarantee that tools work as described. Tool Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own claims.

7. No Endorsement or Recommendation

7.1 Editorial Neutrality. Visionary Hub maintains editorial neutrality regarding Listed Tools. We do not favour certain tools over others, make quality judgments, recommend specific tools for specific use cases, or give preference to paid advertisements or sponsorships. Our role is to catalogue, not to curate based on quality.

7.2 User Responsibility for Selection. You are responsible for evaluating tools for your specific needs, testing tools (many offer free trials), comparing features and pricing, reviewing user feedback and independent reviews, checking tool security and privacy practices, and making your own independent decision. We provide information; you make the choice.

8. Pricing, Features, and Availability

8.1 Rapid Industry Changes. The AI industry evolves rapidly. Information on Visionary Hub may become outdated due to pricing changes, feature updates, availability changes, business changes (acquisitions, rebranding, shutdowns), and policy updates. Our catalog does not automatically update when tools change.

8.2 Verification Obligation. Before acting on information from our catalog, verify all details with the Tool Provider, including current pricing, features, regional availability, and terms of service.

8.3 No Liability for Changes. Visionary Hub is not responsible for pricing changes made by Tool Providers, feature modifications or discontinuations, tools becoming unavailable, changes to third-party terms or policies, regional restrictions, or any financial impact from relying on outdated information.

9. User-Generated Content

9.1 Reviews and Ratings. Visionary Hub allows users to contribute reviews, ratings, and feedback. User reviews represent personal experiences and opinions of individual users, do not represent our views, endorsements, or recommendations, are not independently verified for accuracy or truthfulness, and may be biased, incomplete, or motivated by factors not visible to other users.

9.2 Moderation. We maintain community guidelines to prevent spam and abuse in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may moderate content that violates policies. Moderation is not a quality guarantee of remaining content. We do not verify every claim before publication.

9.3 Responsible Use of Reviews. Treat user reviews as one data point among many. Look for patterns across multiple reviews, consider sources and potential biases, try free trials or demos to verify claims, weight recent reviews more heavily, and make your own independent decision.

10.1 Use of AI. 10.2 Limitations. AI-generated content has inherent limitations including potential factual inaccuracies, outdated information, hallucinations (plausible-sounding but fabricated details), bias from training data, and lack of human judgment for subjective evaluation.

10.3 Verification Required. Before relying on any AI-assisted content, cross-reference with official tool documentation, verify information on the tool's official website, check dates to ensure currency, and consult qualified professionals for critical decisions. AI-generated content is not a substitute for official documentation or professional consultation.

11. User Responsibilities and Assumed Risks

11.1 Accepted Risks. By using Visionary Hub, you acknowledge that information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated despite our best efforts; information is provided "as is" without guarantees or warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law; third-party tools operate independently from Visionary Hub; your interactions with third-party tools are your responsibility; and Visionary Hub is not a party to any transactions or disputes between you and Tool Providers.

11.2 Your Responsibilities. You are responsible for evaluating information for accuracy and applicability, verifying information with official sources, reviewing third-party terms and conditions before using tools, understanding privacy policies of tools you use, assessing security and compliance for your use case, making independent decisions, and consulting professionals for important decisions.

11.3 Third-Party Terms Apply. When you use a Listed Tool, you are subject to that tool's terms of service and privacy policy, not ours. Disputes regarding Listed Tools are between you and the Tool Provider. Read and understand third-party terms before proceeding.

14.3 No Warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections under Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech Civil Code §1810–1867), the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

14.4 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Czech and EU law, including §2894–2971 of the Czech Civil Code (zákon č. 89/2012 Sb.), Visionary Studio s.r.o. shall not be liable for lost profits or revenue, lost business opportunities, business interruption, costs of substitute services, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16.1 Intermediary Service Provider. As an intermediary service provider under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), Visionary Hub maintains transparency regarding its role and operations. 16.2 Illegal Content. If you encounter content on the Service that you consider to be illegal under EU or Czech law, you may submit a notice through the mechanisms described in the Acceptable Use Policy or by contacting [email protected].

16.3 Transparency. The Company publishes annual transparency reports in accordance with DSA Article 15, detailing content moderation activities, notices received, and actions taken.

17.1 Modifications. Visionary Studio s.r.o. reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer. Changes take effect upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18.1 Governing Law. This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Czech Civil Code (zákon č. 89/2012 Sb.).

18.2 Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Disclaimer or use of Visionary Hub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. Venue lies with the Municipal Court in Prague (Městský soud v Praze) or the competent district court, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.

18.3 EU Consumer Rights. Nothing in this Disclaimer affects mandatory consumer rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), or applicable national implementing legislation.
